Programming Language |
| The programming languages taught include C, C++, Visual C++ and Java that can be used to implement coding for certain software and its applications. |

Database Management System |
| This system is highly beneficial in assisting students to create a database and to maintain it. It plays a vital role in real-time projects that include Oracle and Microsoft-Access. | |

Networks |
Areas such as Computer Networks, Computer Architectures, Digital System, Microprocessor and Network Protocols and Security Management help the students in applying their knowledge in the various hardware sections of a computer and its networks. It also elucidates sending data within a system and across a network. |

Software Engineering |
| The subjects Software Engineering, Software Testing and Case Tools explain the checking and maintaining of a particular application or product. The program curriculum also incorporates a number of Engineering Mathematics subjects that are related to this field. The MCA Programme is recognized by AICTE, Ministry of HRD and is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Technical University. It aims to provide a sound theoretical background and good practical exposure to students. The curriculum includes various aspects of algorithm design, computational theory, programming and optimization, network and database management, electronics, mathematics, probability, mobile technologies, accounting, statistics and finance. The 3 year curriculum has been divided into 6 semesters. Semesters 1st to 5th shall include lectures, tutorials, practicals, seminars as defined in the schemes of instructions and examinations issued by the University from time to time. Semester 6th will exclusively be devoted to practical training in the industries/organizations in which students shall be required to work on the projects assigned by industries/organizations. To make this programme interactive and informative, College plans to invite leading personalities from the IT industry who would regularly address the students on latest developments in IT area. Apart from this the students would get an opportunity to attend lectures delivered by leading management experts, getting exposed to both technical and additional management inputs in Finance, Organizational Behavior, HR and Marketing. Seminars will be organized in areas of Finance, Marketing, and Project Management, to supplement the normal MCA inputs. |

Eligibility Criteria |
| For admission to MCA course, the minimum qualification required is 50% marks in three years bachelors degree in any discipline and the candidate must have studied mathematics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level or at graduation from any recognized board/university. | |
